Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please ensure all items are tried on over underwear and are not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@flowpolewear.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We advise you to use a courier service like DHL or PostNL to be able to track the parcel and have a proof of sending the parcel. The costs of returning are for the customer’s account. In case you have received a damaged item please contact us first by e-mail at info@flowpolewear.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange your item for another item or another size/colour. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned items, we aim to process your request within 72 hours. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If the returned items are damaged or considered to be in a non-re-sellable condition we will notify you by e-mail. In this case we cannot refund the charges. If you would like us to send the package back to you, this is possible at your own expense.

Shipping costs

We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf.
